Wow! What a day! I spent most of the day in a Vendor boot camp where I was exposed to a whole different view of IT/Cloud/Applications than I normally here on a day to day basis. It was a good day, great speakers, good content, and it really opened my eyes to other possibilities.
There was a customer panel with to VMware hosting providers, that 50 minutes was worth the cost of coming down here, I’ve never heard partners be so open about their business, it was truly enlightening.
The opening reception last night was, well, very crowded! It was great to see all the people there, this is growing into one large conference, and this is just the partner side of the VMware business. Lot’s of great vendors on the floor, I got to speak to a few, but some were so busy, and there was free food and beer, so I got distracted
